Troubleshooting
“This moment has already been sent to the map”
You can’t send the same moment twice. This prevents duplicates.
“Daily sharing limit reached”
You’ve reached your daily sending limit. Limit resets at midnight.
“Daily download limit reached”
You’ve reached your daily download limit. Limit resets at midnight. Saved moments don’t count when you replay them.
“No internet connection”
Sending to the map and Explore need internet. Private moments work offline.
“Not signed into iCloud”
Sending to the map requires iCloud. Private moments don’t need iCloud.
“Storage limit reached”
Rare error meaning cloud storage limits reached. Try again later or contact support.
No moments showing on the map
- Check your internet connection
- Zoom out to see more area
- Some moments may be filtered out
- Try a different location (some areas may have no moments yet)
Moments disappearing from Explore
Moments are hidden if:
- You reported them or blocked the person who made them
- Too many people reported them
- Not many people listened to them
Recording issues
- Allow microphone access in Settings
- Close other apps using the microphone
- Use wired headphones or microphone
Creating moment taking too long
This is normal for longer moments. Usually takes a few seconds. If it fails, try again.
iCloud sync not working
- Make sure you’re signed into iCloud
- Enable iCloud sync in Settings → Stats → iCloud toggle
- Restart the app after toggling
- Check iCloud storage isn’t full
